Returns


If you receive an item that does not fit or suit you, you may choose to resell the item out of your own Shop Hers closet for whatever price you see fit or simply return the item.

To return an item, please contact
customerservice@shop-hers.com
within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Returned items must arrive back at Shop Hers within 10 days of delivery.
  • All items returned must be in the same condition as when it was received, with the Shop Hers tag fully intact.
  • Be sure to fill out and include the return portion of the packing slip.
  • Once we receive the item, we will credit your original card minus a 10% restocking fee, or waive the restocking fee and refund the full amount to you in store credit. If the form of refund is not selected on the return portion of the packing slip, store credit will automatically be issued.
  • The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • No returns on Inner Circle, Final Sale items, and items included in sales and promotions.
